Hi:) thanks for being patient with me - that's if you are still visiting my blog those few that do:) I have gotten through the last few nightmare weeks and come out the other side relatively unscathed. If someone had told me how scary it is having teenagers I don't think I would have had kids in the first place. Anyway onto more fun stuff. How dopey am I???? I just realised today when I couldn't get my camera program even set up on this new computer of ours that duh.....it takes a disc that I can copy pics onto it and then just pop the disc into my computer. So now I have fun to share....although don't get too excited as I have not made a single card since Mark left for the mines and I am dying to use my new Birthday papertrey sets, but literally can't yet. I have three cards to share, but I do hate how they have photographed, but since they have already been sent I can't do much about it. The first card I want to share is one I made for my dear mum ((((hugs mum)))) it was her b'day in Nov and I sat down and spent close to 3hrs (yes you heard right) on this little project:)
I love these yummy color's don't you?
List of supplies
Stamps: Papertrey Ink "Autumn Abundance" and sentiment "Mixed Messages"
Cardstock: SU "So Saffron" & "Pumpkin Pie"
Patterned Paper: Basic Grey "Boy Oh Boy"
Prismacolor Pencils: Sand 940, Yellow Ochre 942, Pumpkin Orange 1032, Apple Green 912, Beige Sienne 1080, Ginger Root 1084 & Dark Umber 947.
Inks: SU "Choc Chip", "So Saffron" & "Pumpkin Pie".
Buttons: SU
Punches: SU "small oval", "corner" & "tab" punches.
Ribbon: from stash and just had to use it on Mum's card with this stamp set so spent an hour and a half in the scrapbook store trying to find matching patterned paper.LOL Yeah I'm not addicted am I;)
And although you can't see it, everything was misted over with my new addiction of "Glimmer mist" by Tattered Angels and this one was called "Antique Brass" and don't blame me if I have passed on the addiction as I avoided it for 6 months myself:)
This card was made quickly for Jacob's little school friend Chloe who invited him to her skating party. He had an absolute ball and I have taken him back since. Chloe is a gorgeous little girl who we have known since pre-primary and she is a very loud out going (in the best sort of way) girl who is so full of life you just would love to see her grow up and find out who she becomes:)

Goodmorning:) I picked up this stamp from spotlight a couple of weeks ago for around $2.00 it's an acrylic stamp and I normally will only buy acrylic from Papertrey Ink or October Afternoon as I have found most other brands (that I have tried) are a poor quality and won't pick up the inks that I own. This stamp is the same, but I had to have it as my hubby has Papertrey Inks stamp set button bits put away for my birthday and I am dying to use it as you can guess, so when I saw these balloons on this silhouette image (I love silhouettes) then I had to buy it regardless if it would pick up ink or not.LOL
Supplies
Stamp - Grace Taylor "Silhouette children and balloons" & Papertrey Ink "Birthday".
Cardstock - SU "Riding Hood Red", "Bashful Blue" & "Whisper White".
Patterned Paper - Daisy D's "Bowdoin Street Floral".
Buttons - SU "Riding Hood Red", others from my stash.
Ribbon - SU "Riding Hood Red" Satin
Tools - Nestabilities "Rectangle Scallop" & SU "Oval Punch".
TFL:)

Where has the week gone? I have been still fighting to get well again and it's taking it's toll. That's why my blog has been quiet this week. I am even late getting up the halloween lolly vials I made to hand out to the little monsters that knock at the door tonight:) We are going out to the baseball (can't wait) to see Perth Heat vs Team Usa tonight. So if the little monsters don't get here early there won't be anyone to answer the door.LOL So I have only prepared some and not gone overboard this year.
I stamped the tags with a Stampin' Up bat from best fiend set that's now retired. The witches shoe is from a clear halloween set from crafty stamps. I inked the edges in SU's gable green ink. The twine is from my stash (I think it was once a making memories twine from long ago) and the zig zag ribbon is also from stash I ordered from an online ribbon company in Australia (brand unknown).
The little vials I ordered online from the USA about two years ago and am slowly using them all up:) I will have to source something new when I run out of them.
Hope you all have a great weekend and hope to be back again by Monday as I have a card to make that was ordered:)
